New Lawn Tips	Orgro Method
1. Spray with lawn weed killer 2. Wait two weeks then till and rake using the Orgro method or the lime and fertilizer method.	1. Use 3 cubic yards of Orgro per 1000 square feet 2. Till into lawn for hand rake

Lime and Fertilizer Method	Over Seeding Existing Lawn
1. Use 20 lbs. per 1000 square feet 2. Fertilize per product directions 3. Roll and rake out lawn spots 4. Seed lawn at 10 lbs. per 1000 square feet 5. Drag leaf rake over seed then roll again 6. Covering with straw optional 7. Water, keeping seed moist until germination (1” water per week)	Power thatch lawn then hand rake Proceed to Orgro or Lime and fertilizer method Orgro method same as new lawns Lime and fertilizer method only use 5 to 7 lbs. lime per 1000 square feet

Fall is the Best Time to Plant Trees and Shrubs

It gives the root system ample time to become established since it grows more rapidly in the fall expanding until the soil temperature drops to about 40 degrees.  This flush of root growth prepares the plant to better withstand the next summer's drought.
